As a kid I was obsessed with robots, technology, and The Jetsons. And these three robots are not only going to make your life a lot easier but also a lot more enjoyable. So the real estate minute is going to work like this. There are three segments, one minute each, three minutes total. Let the real estate minute begin.
Meet Kuri the adorable little robot that will follow you around your home, take photographs and be your best friend. Now Kuri is composed of different segments. Let’s talk about segment number one. It has a 1080p camera on its eye. It has four speakers around its neck, two speakers around its hips and the sensor on its belly button. Now some of the things that Kuri does is it will watch surveillance for you when you’re not home. It’ll take videos and photographs of your pets and anything that moves in the house and it’ll send it directly to your smartphone anywhere in the world. It’ll also take commands. It’ll give you reminders. It’ll tell you the weather. It’ll play music and it will also read you audiobooks. Now the price on Kuri is about $899 and they’re not out yet. So you have to make a reservation online.
For those of you that want to pet but you don’t want the commitment or the responsibility. Let me introduce you to Aibo by Sony. Aibo is their second generation robot. Now how it keeps its memories is in a cloud. So the more that you play with it the more it will shape the personality and it will become your best friend and they’re very clean. Aibo keeps records of everything it experiences in day-to-day life, uploads the data to the cloud and creates a database of memories that you can browse with My Aibo app. You can even ask Aibo to take a picture and you’ll be able to preserve that moment for life. Now the price on Aibo is about $3,000. But here’s the catch. You can’t buy them in the United States, you’re going to have to fly over to Japan. So it’s more like 4,000 to 4,500 dollars for a cute little Aibo.
Meet Aeolus, your comfort and care robot. Aeolus will be able to clean all your mess, be able to deliver your food and do anything you needed to do around the house. It also has these very cool interchangeable arms. So it’ll mop, it will sweep, it’ll put things in the dishwasher and it’ll also do your laundry. What a dream come true. Now aeolus is AI technology so within time it’ll start learning where everything is up to a thousand items in your house and it will be able to remember it. So everytime you come home from work everything will be spic and span. Aeolus will be constantly learning to recognize people and take on new tasks and it’ll remember where everything is in your household. The price on Aeolus is still unknown and it’s still about a couple years until it hits the open market.
