Best of 2016 | December Real Estate Minute | Ivan Estrada Properties

Hello everyone and welcome to the real estate minute. I’m your host Ivan Estrada with Ivan Estrada properties of Douglas Elliman. And this is the last real estate minute of the year. I can’t believe 12 months have already gone by and 2017 is just around the corner. Now this month we’re going to do things a little differently. We’re going to give you the top three real estate minutes of the year in lifestyle, real estate, and technology. The real estate minute is going to work this way. There are three segments one minute each, three minutes total. Let the real estate minute begin.

Purchasing residential real estate in Los Angeles will always be a great investment. It doesn’t matter if you’re purchasing in the west side on the east side or in Mid-City. It’s all about longevity and holding on tight to your real estate. Now, here are three great examples: condo,
single-family, and a multi-million dollar mansion. Let’s start with the condo in Santa Monica. Two bedrooms three bathrooms about 1,800 square feet. Now the single-family home. This one located in Silver Lake, three bedroom or bathroom about 2,700 square feet. And last on the list is this gorgeous home in Beverly Hills: eight bedrooms 11 bathrooms about 14,000 square feet. Moral of the story real estate appreciates so hold onto it.

The future is here in the first robotic kitchen is coming real soon. Now a company out of Germany by the name of Moley has created a kitchen that will cook you home cook meals with the touch of a button. Now, it’s super easy to do. All you have to do is cut your ingredients and put them on the countertop. The robot will do the rest. The goal behind Moley is so that families can create healthy home-cooked meals all around the world. Now you can input any of your recipes: Mom, Dad’s or even grandpa’s or you can buy recipes from any famous cook all around the world. Now the price on this kitchen is still unknown, but the release date is set to be 2017.

So how much would you pay for the most expensive dinner of your entire life? A thousand dollars? $100,000? How about two million dollars. A restaurant out in Singapore by the name of Ce La Vi will give you the best experience you’ve ever had but it’ll cost you. It starts with a helicopter tour of all of Singapore. Then a Rolls-Royce will take you to your private yacht where you’ll get a private tour of the marina. The yacht will then take you to the entrance of the restaurant where you’re greeted by 10,000 red roses. Now once you’re inside the restaurant then the 18th course meal begins. Now the entire furniture of the restaurant and the dining room is uniquely made just for you. So after the experience is over, they’ll actually ship it to you. After dinner is complete you’re taken to a rooftop where you’re given a two-carat diamond ring as a memento of the night and a private fireworks show like you’ve never seen.
