I got in contact with Erica Pollack when I found a house I was interested in looking at, and she was great over the phone, so I decided to ask her to help us look into buying our first home. We were very happy with the way she wasn’t pushy like many other agents, and she was incredibly helpful. She was always very responsive to texts and emails, and made herself available to show us houses on weekends/evenings/etc.
As first time home buyers, we were completely lost about how the process should work and what happens when. Erica guided us through this, which really put our mind at ease. She was also able to negotiate with the sellers to get a credit for repairs on the property. Her system of electronic signatures made everything very easy throughout the process.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience with Erica and I have already recommended her to a co-worker of mine, who is currently in escrow.
