William has over 15 years of experience in taxation specializing in real estate, small to medium sized businesses, and not-for-profit entities. His client-specific approach has developed from best practices taken from small, medium, and national firms. One of his core areas of practice is real estate, which includes real estate owners and operators, land developers and high-net-worth individuals. William frequently consults on issues concerning choice of entity considerations, capital gains planning for real property sales, multi-state operations, and Section 199 Domestic Production Activities Deduction. He is a member of the Southern California Builder’s Industry Association and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. William earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis, and recently finished his Master of Business Taxation at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
