South Park is not just a fictional area in a famous comedy central TV show. It’s an actual location in downtown Los Angeles. If you know the Staples Center then you know South Park. Now this area is going to be booming within the next five years. There is a total of 11 new buildings going up and they’re going to be amazing. 3400 residential units 3300 under development and 1,400 new hotel rooms by 2020. You might think that we’re being overbuilt. We’re actually under built by a huge amount. So this is going to be able to satisfy some of the regional needs. How much money is being invested in all? It’s five billion dollars from investors all over the world just in 2015. There was eleven new businesses added to the South Park community and we’re hoping for another 20 more by 2018. So, if you’re looking for some retail space for restaurant space Figueroa is probably the best street. It’s going to be amazing within the next couple years.

So what does a million dollars currently get you in today’s marketplace? Now, we’re going to be using West Hollywood as the hub because it’s become very popular in the last couple of years. So for a million dollars, you can get a house in West Hollywood with two bedrooms, one bath for 1,200 square feet. If you want a condo we can get you two or three bedroom condo, a nice view 1,500 square feet. But you don’t want a condo, we’re going to have to go north east and west. You go north. We’re going into Studio City. We can get about 1,400 to 1,600 square feet, two to three bedrooms. Now you want to go west so let’s go to Sherman Oaks. You get three bedrooms four baths 1800-2000 square feet with a much larger lot. Now you work in Downtown LA, so you want to be a little bit more East. How about Silver Lake? Silver Lake we can get you three bedrooms two baths, 1,600 square feet in a large lot. So if you’re willing to drive a couple more minutes you’re definitely going to get a better value.
