Nv Environmental specializes in mold inspection and water damage inspection for residential and commercial real estate properties throughout Southern California. We aim to recognize, evaluate, and identify the property for signs of mold or water damage that may lead to impaired health or damages to your home. We provide a visual inspection with a moisture meter, a full detailed report with photos and a full recommendations by a remediation company or by a general contractor. We also offer air, wall cavity and surface mold sampling.

Nv Environmental does not perform mold remediation, so there is never a conflict of interest during our inspections or when establishing protocols. If remediation is performed on a property our Industrial Hygienist offers a post remediation clearance inspection to document that work was completed property and satisfies all parties involved.

Nv Environmental is fully insured with Commercial General Liability & Professional (E&O) Liability Insurance. Providing proper insurance and coverage assures the necessary protection of our services that we provide.
