Recent Donations and Involvement with Charities and Foundations

The month of September and beginning of October 2015 has been a busy one for Ivan Estrada Properties. We have made an effort to try and make a difference in our community of Los Angeles. Whether it’s going to charity events that help raise money or awareness for Leukemia and Lymphoma at Skybar, donating some funds to a clients sons’ elementary school fundraiser (Mar Vista Elementary), or help from a recent closing of a property in Lake Balboa by donating a portion of our commission in the name of our Client to the Charity of his choice (The American Red Cross). We were also able to donate to our company Keller Williams’ inside organizations KW Angels and KW Cares. Team Ivan Estrada Properties likes to make sure we stay involved in the community. Helping these organizations that do so much and give so much should be recognized. We hope that you become inspired to do the same and give your time, give up a cup of coffee or lunch money to donate a small portion to any charity of your choice. There are so many out there to choose from! Get out there and make a difference. We also have been involved in attending some events: LGBT Mega Mixer at Sofitel, West Hollywood Magazine at Andaz, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at Skybar, The Barak Ballet silent auction, Elite Staging Company and Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals Event.
